Time: 9:00 am shotgun start. Only playing 9 holes, 2 flights, one group on the North side, one group on the South side. Limited to the first 72 people who sign up. 

Contest: Closest to the pin on the North side of hole #5, South side of hole #5. Par golf pickup after Par. Scramble the best ball. 

Cost: $50.00 per player (Men play from the White Tees, Women play from the Red Tees) 

Hole Sponsor: $25.00 

Checks: Made out to UAW Local 900. In the memo line, "Fisher House golf outing".
